Rising 5s

For the month of November in the Rising Fives our mind map focus is all about the dangers in the home. We will be focusing on the children’s safety and making them aware of items in the home that are dangerous and that they shouldn’t be touching.

We will be celebrating bonfire night by creating lots of colourful and sparkly pictures. During circle time we will be talking about the dangers of fireworks and bonfires and we will be talking about how to stay safe. As the clocks have now gone back we will be looking at the differences of light and dark, night and day and we will be looking at clocks and the different times of day.

We will be collecting autumn leaves and conkers and going on a nature walk around our local park.

Little Learners

For the month of November in the Little Learners we will be learning about families. We will be talking about our family members, drawing pictures of them, looking at photographs and will be playing with the small world toys as role play.
